All orders will be shipped from Wellington.

You will receive a link to your email where you can download your files. The download limit will be set for 90 days and maximum 5 downloads.

We charge flat rate of 10 NZD for delivery under 150 NZD. Anything over is free.

If you are in Wellington and would like to pick up in person. Please contact us prior placing an order to arrange it.

We can definitely ship overseas. If you are outside New Zealand please contact us to get a shipping quote.

We are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind, as per New Zealand law. However, we are happy to exchange the goods provided that they are:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging
• With all tags and labels still attached

To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please describe the fault and/or damage and attach a photo for our reference.

All PDF sales are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Goods being returned are your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is delivered safely. You will also be responsible for the cost of return. If you are in Wellington area, goods can be returned in person, provided it has been arranged prior.

We do not offer refunds on products unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, repair, credit, or refund, as appropriate. Each case will be evaluated on its own merits.

If we agree that a refund is the most appropriate option, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.

We charge 7.50 per page. The patterns will be printed in B&W. When selecting the PDF + print option, the price will already be calculate for all the A0 pages needed. If you would like to have instructions printed, please email us at contact@littlehaberdashershoppe.co.nz with the order number.

Your order will be printed by the end of the following day. You will receive an email when it is done.

Yes, you can pick up the prints at Made Marion Craft, located on 166 Cuba St, Te Aro, Wellington. Use the code PICKUP to get the delivery fee waived.
