Marcello coat

Marcello slips on like a borrowed man's coat, but its belted fit creates an infinitely feminine look. Its buttonless construction emphasises a relaxed but confident look, with refined cutting work on the shoulder and back. Marcello draws inspiration from 60s Italian tailoring, playing on the strength of a sharp shoulder and the softness of a drape to curl up in. Choose 250 to 500g/m2 weight fabrics depending on the desired finish, Some wonderful options are boiled wool, pea coat wool, wool cloth and tweed. For the lining, choose a specific fabric for linings, such as our 100% cupro lining, which is slippery and more breathable than polyester.
